Bachelor's in Management Information Systems (MIS)
The Bachelor’s in Management Information Systems will teach students how to solve complex business problems using the new developments in information technology. Graduates will learn how to solve problems and take advantage of business opportunities by using technology as a key business driver. Management information systems students will also learn the tools needed to solve problems, learn how to apply those tools in a variety of business situation, and learn to manage the corporate information resources using the most up-to-date information technology advances. Students will learn how to exploit computer hardware, operating systems, networking, programming, and database management systems to advance and employ new business strategies. They will also learn information systems, system analysis, system design, decision support systems, technology management and system implementation. Coursework will help student prepare for up to six professional certifications.
